We’re Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractual
We are looking for Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives to join our recruitment team.
The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple hiring requirements across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and other business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Work towards defined hiring targets and turnaround times.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in India hiring is must.
- UAE hiring preferred.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, Technical, Engineering, or Volume Hiring will be an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Noida, Sector 63.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
