- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycles for US healthcare requirements (RNs, LPNs, Allied Health, and non-clinical staff).
- Source candidates via job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn, or specialized platforms like JobDiva.
- Screen and interview candidates, checking medical credentials, licenses, and compliance requirements.
- Submit qualified profiles with a fast turnaround time to meet strict client and VMS/MSP deadlines.
- Coordinate interview schedules, client feedback, and onboarding processes.
- Understand US employment standards, tax terms (W2, C2C), and visa statuses (Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in US Staffing or Healthcare Recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and VMS/MSP portals (JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.).
- Flexibility to work in US night shifts
