Job Overview
Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic US Recruiters to join our growing team. If you're a fresher with outstanding communication skills or an experienced recruiter with exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients across the US market. Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within deadlines.
Requirements
- Freshers with excellent verbal and written English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in US Recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (JobDiva is a plus).
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
