What You Will Hire For
- You will drive end-to-end talent search across diverse functions and levels, including:
- Technology & Product: Engineering, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product Management
- Revenue & Go-To-Market: Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Partnerships
- Growth & Marketing: Performance Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Demand Generation
- Corporate Functions: Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal
- Leadership & Niche: Mid-senior, specialized, and executive-level roles
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Scoping & Strategy: Conduct deep intake discussions with hiring managers to understand business models, team structures, and precise role nuances; convert requirements into tailored search strategies.
- Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Map target industries, companies, and talent pools. Execute multi-channel sourcing using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and hyper-personalized outreach.
- Assessment & Pipeline Management: Screen candidates thoroughly across technical competency, career trajectory, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
- Candidate Representation: Present candidate profiles with structured recruiter insights, highlighted strengths, and concrete evidence of role fit.
- Interview & Process Coordination: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, collect structured feedback, and maintain seamless communication across both candidates and hiring teams.
- Offer Management & Closing: Lead offer positioning, compensation alignment, negotiations, and post-offer engagement through to day one joining.
- Data & Operations: Maintain meticulous data integrity across ATS systems, databases, and market intelligence tracking. Ensure a top-tier candidate experience at every touchpoint.
What We Are Looking For
- Core Aptitude: Hands-on recruitment experience—or an undeniable passion to excel in recruitment. Experience is just a number; we welcome high-potential freshers with the intellectual curiosity to master business models, functional domains, and market trends.
- Thinkers, Not Telecallers: We don't need transactional volume callers. We need researchers, critical thinkers, and exceptionally sharp communicators with strong written and verbal articulateness.
- Execution: Strong core skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement (for experienced hires) or high learnability, rapid comprehension, and communication mastery (for freshers).
- Ownership: High confidence engaging with mid-to-senior candidates and corporate leadership, paired with an intense sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable leveraging recruitment tech, advanced Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and modern AI tools.
- Location: Willingness to work full-time from our office in Sector 126, Noida
