Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Healthcare positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for Nursing and Allied Healthcare roles.
- Work extensively on Registered Nurse (RN) requirements across multiple specialties.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Utilize job boards, databases, referrals, social media platforms, and networking channels to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate records in ATS and internal systems.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Proven experience working on both Allied Healthcare and Nursing requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience recruiting for RN (Registered Nurse) roles is mandatory.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of healthcare staffing terminology and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
