Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in US Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for US-based job requirements while working closely with hiring teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Understand and work on Direct Client / Direct Line requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidate submissions as per client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and other recruitment teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of hands-on US Staffing experience.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring process.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience working with US job portals and recruiting platforms.
- Good understanding of different employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
Preferred Experience
Experience recruiting for any of the following domains will be an advantage:
