Job Summary:
An Allied Healthcare Recruiter typically focuses on recruiting professionals in various allied health specialties. Allied health refers to a broad group of healthcare professions that are distinct from medicine and nursing but play crucial roles in patient care, diagnostics, therapy, and support services. Some of the specialties an Allied Healthcare Recruiter may work on include.
Responsibilities:
- Physical Therapy: Recruiting physical therapists (PTs), physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and aides.
- Occupational Therapy: Recruiting occupational therapists (OTs), occupational therapist assistants (OTAs), and aides.
- Speech-Language Pathology: Recruiting speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and speech-language pathology assistants.
- Radiology and Imaging: Recruiting radiologic technologists, MRI technologists, CT technologists, and ultrasound technologists.
- Respiratory Therapy: Recruiting respiratory therapists (RTs).
- Medical Laboratory Science: Recruiting medical laboratory technologists and technicians.
- Dietetics and Nutrition: Recruiting dietitians and nutritionists.
- Pharmacy: Recruiting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Emergency Medical Services: Recruiting paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
- Medical Assisting: Recruiting medical assistants.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
- Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
- Grad/PG with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Recruitment experience may apply.
- Candidate should be ok to work in US shifts.
- Immigration/ Visa counselling experience is preferred.
