📍 Location: Hyderabad (Day 1 Onsite)
⏰ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years (Strictly Non-IT Recruitment Only)
🚀 Role Overview:
End-to-end US Non-IT recruitment
Strong experience in Boolean search and sourcing techniques
Hands-on expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
Work on roles across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Legal, and other non-IT sectors
Quick turnaround on requirements and strong pipeline management.
⚠️ Note: Candidates with only IT recruitment background will NOT be considered
