🚨 We’re Hiring | HR / US IT Recruiter 💼
Stier Solutions is looking for an experienced HR / US IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of recruitment activities along with key HR responsibilities.
📍 Location: Film Nagar, Hyderabad – On-site
🕒 Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
💰 Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
🔹 Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions
🔹 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records
🔹 Support onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and other HR activities
🔹 Assist in maintaining workplace policies, communication, and employee engagement
🔹 Use ATS, LinkedIn, and AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency
✅ Requirements
✔ Previous US IT Staffing experience is mandatory
✔ Minimum 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience
✔ Strong communication and candidate-handling skills
✔ Good understanding of IT roles and technical recruitment
✔ Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS platforms
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
✔ Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
⚠️ Important
📌 US IT Staffing experience is mandatory for this position.
📌 Freshers are not eligible for this role.
📌 Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.
📌 This is an on-site position in Film Nagar, Hyderabad.
📌 No cab facility is provided.
