About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in US recruitment, specializing in sourcing and hiring professionals across Non-IT and Engineering domains. The ideal candidate should have strong experience recruiting for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Pharmaceuticals. The candidate must be proficient in direct sourcing, candidate screening, and managing the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US market.
We are specifically looking for professionals with hands-on experience in direct client hiring for W2 permanent positions, along with a strong understanding of US work authorizations, visa categories, and employment terms.
✅Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US market, from understanding job requirements to candidate placement.
- Handle permanent hiring requirements for mid-level to senior-level professionals across Non-IT and Engineering domains.
- Source qualified candidates for positions within Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Semiconductor, Pharmaceuticals, and related industries.
- Work closely with hiring managers and direct clients to understand job descriptions, technical requirements, candidate expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for challenging and niche requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networking platforms, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Apply advanced Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other direct sourcing techniques to identify suitable active and passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening to assess relevant experience, technical skills, qualifications, communication skills, location preferences, and compensation expectations.
- Verify candidate work authorization and ensure alignment with client-specific employment eligibility requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of US work authorization categories, visa types, and employment classifications.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of US hiring and engagement models, including W2, 1099, and C2C, with a primary focus on W2 permanent/direct-hire positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming client requirements.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage interview schedules, and follow up on feedback.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview preparation, client expectations, compensation, and offer details.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities to ensure successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including sourcing activity, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Consistently achieve recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on US recruitment trends, industry hiring demands, market conditions, and sourcing best practices.
✅ Who We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment, preferably in Non-IT, Engineering, or technical recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting for the US market, particularly for permanent and direct-hire positions.
- Strong experience in direct client hiring, preferably working on W2 permanent positions.
- Prior experience recruiting for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, Semiconductor, Pharmaceuticals, or related domains.
- Good understanding of US work authorization categories and visa types, including US citizens, Green Card holders, and applicable employment visa categories.
- Practical knowledge of US employment and engagement models, including W2, 1099, and C2C.
- Ability to understand complex job descriptions and identify candidates who closely match client requirements.
- Strong candidate assessment, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with US clients and candidates.
- A self-motivated, target-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment and meet deadlines.
