💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and work on W2 requirements from Implementation Partners
✔ Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals across various technologies
✔ Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and vendors
✔ Work closely with Implementation Partners
✔ Maintain recruitment trackers and daily activity reports
✔ Understand and work with US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
