Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals, particularly for technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, .NET, Cloud, and Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technology roles.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely closures.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, or other enterprise technologies.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of technical terminology and IT hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with IT staffing or consulting organizations.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment management tools.
