Do you have experience working with Infosys / Beeline, handling contractual hiring, and communicating confidently with US-based candidates and clients?

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years | Contractual Hiring / US IT Recruitment
🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / Contractual Hiring
✅ Prior experience working with Infosys / Beeline is highly preferred
✅ Strong experience handling W2 requirements through Implementation Partners
✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US-native candidates
✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
✅ Good understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes
✅ Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
✅ Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
🎯 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Manage and fulfill W2 requirements received through Implementation Partners
🔹 Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies
🔹 Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors & Implementation Partners
🔹 Work extensively on job portals and LinkedIn to identify top talent
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers, submission reports, and daily activity reports
🔹 Ensure quality submissions and timely closure of requirements
