We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 0- 1 Year of UK hiring experience to support talent mapping, market research, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and segment prospects.
- Conduct targeted UK talent and market research.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect/talent databases.
- Support personalized outreach and track responses.
- Work with delivery and client teams to align targeting by industry, role, and geography.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in UK hiring, recruitment research, or talent sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
