Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter role based in Jaipur. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for last-mile delivery and related operational roles in the United States, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with stakeholders. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, managing job postings on various platforms, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The role also involves collaborating closely with HR and operations teams to understand workforce needs, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with LMDmax’s service standards. The recruiter will work in alignment with U.S. time zones as required and adhere to relevant hiring guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for US-based roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.
- Understanding of HR practices and basic employment compliance requirements related to US hiring.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience recruiting for logistics, delivery, or transportation roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support US time zones and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
