Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced UK & Europe Recruiter to join our recruitment
team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UK and European
IT/Non-IT recruitment, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, candidate
engagement, interview coordination, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from
initial sourcing to placement.
The candidate should have a good understanding of UK and European recruitment
practices, employment markets, candidate work authorization, and regional hiring
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK and European IT/Non-IT
positions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases,
- referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening based on job
requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within
agreed timelines.
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' technical skills, experience,
communication, availability, and overall suitability.
- Verify candidate right-to-work/work authorization based on the applicable
country and role requirements.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with
clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates
throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across the UK and European
markets.
- Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and recruitment team
members to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and recruitment records in the
ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement
targets.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, technology skills, salary expectations, and
recruitment practices across the UK and European markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in UK & Europe recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the UK and European recruitment lifecycle and
staffing market.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Development,
Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, Infrastructure, and other IT
positions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search,
and other sourcing techniques.
- Strong CV screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of right-to-work and work authorization requirements
across the UK and European markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, follow-up, and relationshipmanagement
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote
environment.
- Target-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience working with UK/European staffing companies or IT consulting
firms.
- Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
- Familiarity with different European employment markets and hiring practices.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM and recruitment management platforms.
- Ability to work according to UK/European business hours when required.
