We’re looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive/Telecaller to join My Divine Trip and help us connect with travelers ready to explore pilgrimage destinations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer queries and make outbound calls to potential leads interested in tour packages.
- Explain customized itineraries, hotel bookings, and tour packages.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain call records, customer data & daily reports
- Coordinate with logistics suppliers, hotel sales team, marketing & trip lead teams
- Collect post-trip feedback for improvements
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum1+ years of relevant experience in travel planning & holiday sales.
- Prior experience with a travel agency, tour operator, cab rentals, or holiday division preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong practical knowledge of end-to-end tour planning
- A Graduate in travel & tourism; hospitality business/Travel & Tourism certification will be an added advantage.
Salary & Perks:
₹15,000 - ₹22,000 fixed monthly salary + Incentives per booking
• Performance-based bonuses
