We're Hiring: Customer Success Executive – Banking Sales (Kannada) | Legal Savvy, Hyderabad
We're looking for driven Customer Success Executives with a banking or BFSI sales background to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
What you'll do
- Speak with inbound leads who need help with unsecured loan and credit card debt
- Understand each client's financial situation and explain how our debt resolution process works
- Convert qualified leads into clients and get them onboarded smoothly
- Stay in regular touch with clients through their journey to build trust and keep them engaged
- Coordinate with our legal and credit analysis teams on client cases
- Keep CRM records accurate and meet monthly conversion and collection targets
Who we're looking for
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- 1–4 years of experience in banking, BFSI, credit card, loan, or insurance sales
- Good grasp of how credit cards, personal loans, EMIs, and CIBIL scores work
- Confident on calls, with strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Empathetic, able to talk calmly with clients who are under financial stress
Location: Hyderabad, on-site (candidates willing to relocate are welcome)
