About the Role
As a Travel Operations Executive at Dream On Travel, you'll help make sure our trips are ready to go — from confirming stays and transport to coordinating with vendors and solving last-minute issues.
This role is a great fit for someone who is organised, good with people, quick to follow up and enjoys solving problems.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with hotels, properties, transport providers and other vendors.
- Handle hotel, vehicle, activity and other travel bookings.
- Follow up with vendors and make sure confirmations are received on time.
- Maintain trip details, bookings, payments and vendor information.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer teams on traveller requirements.
- Help solve operational issues before and during trips.
- Research new properties, experiences and vendors for upcoming trips.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any field.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in travel, operations, logistics, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable coordinating with people over calls and WhatsApp.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and stay calm when plans change.
Knowing Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada is an added advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Location: Coimbatore | Work from Office
Since our trips may operate on weekends and holidays, occasional availability outside regular working hours may be required depending on the trip schedule.
