About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel experiences for our clients — from destination planning to booking confirmation. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, comfortable working on the phone for extended periods, and passionate about delivering seamless travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage destination planning and travel experience curation for clients
Generate customized travel packages and detailed itineraries
Handle end-to-end bookings, including flights, hotels, and other travel services
Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve queries promptly and professionally
Multitask across multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and quality
Consistently meet sales/booking targets
Requirements
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 1–5 years, preferably in travel, tourism, or a related client-facing role
Skills: Strong communication skills, target-oriented mindset, comfortable with high call volumes, ability to multitask under pressure
Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi
Work Policy: In-office
