Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options for Dubai and the wider UAE, design customized itineraries, and manage complete travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. Responsibilities include handling inquiries across channels, preparing quotations, confirming reservations, and coordinating with on-ground teams and partners for smooth execution. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, packages, and visa processes, providing proactive customer support, and resolving issues before and during travel. The Travel Consultant will collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for individual travelers and corporate groups.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience designing and optimizing end-to-end itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, ground transfers, and activities using relevant tools and platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving for travelers and B2B partners.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with UAE destinations, basic knowledge of visa processes, and experience working with DMCs or travel agencies are beneficial.
- Additional qualifications include proficiency in English (and Hindi), attention to detail, ability to work with CRM or booking systems, and strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Prior experience in travel consulting or operations and a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are preferred.
