Working Hours: UK Process/Shift | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Role Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Transport Operations Associate to join our Gurgaon-based operations team. The candidate will manage daily routing, live operations, and vendor coordination for employee transport (Home-to-Office and Office-to-Home) involving 1,200–1,500 trips per month. The role demands real-time decision-making, proactive communication, and strong process management across all transport touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily end-to-end employee transport routing using tools like Safetrax or MoveInSync.
- Manage allocation, rescheduling, and modification of over 1500 cab routes monthly.
- Coordinate with drivers and employees to ensure timely, safe pickups and drops.
- Maintain real-time dashboards, route logs, checklists, approvals, and activity reports.
- Respond to employee queries via professional email and telephonic support.
- Ensure daily compliance with safety, punctuality, and hygiene standards.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and behaviour monitoring of drivers.
- Prepare and update Excel-based reports on fleet performance, escalations, and adherence.
- Escalate and resolve any routing or service breakdowns swiftly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics/fleet operations.
- Experience using transport management systems like Safetrax, MoveInSync, Routematic, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, route planning, data tracking.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to multitask and solve live operational challenges.
- Knowledge of driver onboarding, rostering, and compliance checklists.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in BPO/IT/ITES employee transport management.
- Understanding of transport compliance, safety, and vendor governance.
