About the job
We are looking for dynamic and responsible professionals for the position of Training Center Manager for our upcoming and existing DDU-GKY Training Centers across multiple states.

💰 Salary
₹40,000 per month
🎓 Qualification
MBA / PGDM preferred
- Candidates with strong management, administration and team-handling capabilities may also be considered.
- Prior experience in DDU-GKY / Skill Development Projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of DDU-GKY SOP, guidelines and compliance requirements is desirable but not mandatory.
- Candidates without prior DDU-GKY experience may also apply if they possess strong operational and managerial capabilities and are willing to learn the DDU-GKY framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY Training Center
- .Ensure smooth implementation of training programs in accordance with project requirements and applicable SOPs
- .Manage trainers, mobilization team, placement team, MIS staff and administrative personnel
- .Coordinate candidate mobilization, counselling, enrolment, training, assessment, certification and placement activities
- .Monitor batch performance, attendance, training quality and candidate retention
- .Ensure proper maintenance of candidate records, batch files, MIS, attendance/AEBAS and supporting documentation
- .Ensure readiness of the Training Center for inspections, monitoring visits and audits
- .Coordinate with State / Project Management teams, SRLM officials, TSA/CTSA and other stakeholders wherever required
- .Monitor infrastructure, classrooms, labs, residential facilities and other center requirements
- .Coordinate placement activities and ensure proper post-placement tracking of trained candidates
- .Prepare periodic operational and performance reports for management
- .Ensure that project timelines, targets and compliance requirements are achieved
- .Take complete ownership of the performance and discipline of the assigned Training Center

- We are looking for individuals who are Strong in people and operations management Result-oriented and capable of taking ownership Comfortable managing teams and multiple operational responsibilities Good at documentation, reporting and coordination
- Willing to relocate and work full-time at the assigned Training Center Interested in building a long-term career in the Skill Development / DDU-GKY ecosystem Experienced DDU-GKY Center Managers are particularly encouraged to apply. However, fresh MBA/PGDM professionals with strong managerial aptitude and willingness to learn DDU-GKY SOPs are also welcome.
