Role Description The Admission Counselor cum Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role involves handling prospective student inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings, and guiding applicants through the admission process. The individual will manage daily center operations, including scheduling, coordination with faculty, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for students and visitors. Responsibilities also include supporting sales and enrollment targets, following up on leads, organizing information sessions or events, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires close collaboration with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth functioning of the center and a positive learner experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively counsel prospective students and interact with stakeholders.
- Customer service abilities to provide a professional, supportive experience for students, parents, and visitors.
- Sales-related skills to manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and contribute to enrollment growth for academy programs.
- Education-focused skills to understand course structures, guide learners on suitable programs, and support academic coordination.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or center management in education or training institutions is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and schedules.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or student management systems.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
