Role Description Freelance Corporate Trainer – 5S, Lean Manufacturing will design and deliver training programs on 5S methodology, lean principles, and continuous improvement for manufacturing and related sectors. This is a project based role based in Indore.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of 5S methodology, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement practices, with practical experience in implementation on the shop floor.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development, session planning, and use of adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to conduct needs assessments, analyze processes, and translate operational challenges into structured training and coaching interventions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Comfort working on-site in manufacturing and industrial environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, management, or a related field; professional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S implementation are an advantage.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills for preparing training materials, case studies, and post-training evaluation reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with client teams, demonstrate cultural sensitivity across sectors, and maintain a learner-centered, inclusive approach.
