Role Description The Cloud DevOps Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering classroom-based training on Cloud and DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices through lectures, hands-on labs, and real-world project scenarios. The trainer will prepare and update course materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments, to reflect current industry standards. Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, clarifying technical concepts, evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in developing job-ready skills. The trainer will also collaborate with the academy’s team to improve curriculum quality, participate in workshops or seminars, and ensure a professional, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, with solid knowledge of Cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (including CI/CD, automation, and containerization).
- Candidates should possess Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills to deliver structured sessions, facilitate discussions, and adapt content to different learner levels.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including familiarity with programming or scripting languages, version control, and deployment processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and accessible manner.
- Candidates should possess strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with patience, empathy, and a learner-focused approach.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Cloud and DevOps (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps) are an added advantage.
- Previous experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or corporate mentor in Cloud or DevOps is highly beneficial.
- Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate industry trends into training content.
