Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in remotely available. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, and preparing compliant, competitive bids for EPC, infrastructure, and government projects. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, drafting proposals, and ensuring timely submission of tender documents. The role involves analyzing tender conditions, preparing cost estimations in coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and records for ongoing and future bids. The Tendering Specialist will also support contract negotiation, track tender outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong tender management and proposal writing skills, with experience in preparing technical and commercial bids.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills and procurement knowledge to interpret tender requirements and develop cost-effective bid strategies.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interface with clients or authorities.
- Relevant experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, or government contracting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-tendering portals and government procurement platforms is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practices, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic project environment.
