Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, analyzing tender documents, and preparing accurate and compliant bid proposals. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams and OEM partners for technical and commercial inputs, maintaining tender documentation, and ensuring timely submission of bids. The role involves tracking tender outcomes, updating tender databases, supporting contract negotiation processes, and preparing regular reports for management. The Tender Executive will also assist in building strong relationships with client and government stakeholders while adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong tender management skills, including tender search, document review, bid preparation, and submission coordination.
- Proficiency in documentation, data management, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial terms, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, OEM partners, and client contacts.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in tendering or government contracts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of defense, security, or surveillance sectors, and familiarity with public procurement processes will be beneficial.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
