About Proplly
Proplly is a growing real estate consultancy based in Lucknow, focused on helping customers discover the right property and investment opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment goals.
- Explain relevant residential and commercial real estate projects to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a professional customer experience.
- Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or lead management tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate, insurance, banking, or sales will be preferred.
