Job Title: Telesales Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Role Description The Telesales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. In this role, the representative will make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce CINCO’s residential projects, and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, explaining property features and pricing, scheduling site visits, and following up to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with the sales and marketing teams, and provide timely feedback on customer needs and market trends. This role also involves meeting individual and team sales targets while delivering courteous, professional support to all callers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking ability and active listening, suitable for phone-based sales interactions.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships with potential buyers.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, persuasion, negotiation, and closing, within a target-driven environment.
- Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn new product information quickly and share knowledge with team members or new hires.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area and maintain a professional, customer-centric approach.
Preferred Requirement:
- Prior telesales on real estate sales experience is mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
