Gentle Innovation Technology is a fast-growing software development company specializing in Website Development, Mobile App Development, NGO Management Software, CRM/ERP Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Custom Business Software. We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Executives who can connect with potential clients and generate business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Call potential clients and explain our software and digital services.
- Generate quality leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with Telecalling or Sales experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
