We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team in **Gurugram**.
🔹 **Position:** Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

💼 Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and investors.
* Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
* Identify and qualify genuine property buyers/investors.
* Generate and share qualified leads with the sales team.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead-generation targets.
* Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.
🎯 Who Can Apply?
* Freshers are **welcome to apply**.
* Candidates with Telecalling, Sales, BPO, or Real Estate experience will have an advantage.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Confident, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
* Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
