Designation: TELESALES MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
Job Role :DawaaDost Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced professional to lead and manage our Healthcare Outbound Telesales Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️Manage, supervise & motivate a team of Healthcare Outbound Telesales Executives.
▪️Drive daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
▪️Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion & call quality.
▪️Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
▪️Ensure adherence to calling processes, scripts, quality standards & company policies.
▪️Track KPIs: calls, conversions, revenue, follow-ups & customer engagement.
▪️Handle escalations and support the team in closing difficult customer interactions.
▪️Conduct team huddles, training & performance improvement sessions.
▪️Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
▪️Work closely operations and other internal teams to improve sales performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :-
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in Healthcare BPO / Outbound Telesales with substantial Team Handling / Supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of outbound telesales processes and sales KPIs.
Proven experience in managing and achieving telesales targets.
Excellent communication and team-management skills.
Language Fluency: Bengali, Hindi & English – mandatory.
Strong leadership, coaching, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
SALARY BUDGET NTH ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 MONTHLY
