🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates
• Explain the opportunity to become a TATA AIA Life Insurance Advisor
• Generate interest and qualify potential candidates
• Fix appointments/meetings with interested candidates
• Maintain follow-up records and lead database
• Achieve daily and monthly calling & appointment targets
👤 Candidate Profile
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Confident and persuasive personality
✔ Comfortable making outbound calls
✔ Sales/recruitment experience will be an advantage
✔ Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
