ScratchBox.Media is looking for a dedicated and confident telecaller to join our team on a 2-month contract basis.
Role: Telecaller – Lead Qualification
Duration: 2 months
Employment type: Paid, contract-based role
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential leads through phone calls.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Understand client requirements and record important details.
- Coordinate with the internal team and schedule follow-ups whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
