Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to inform, assist, and guide customers or community members regarding services, inquiries, and support needs. Daily responsibilities include making calls from provided contact lists, answering questions, recording accurate information, and updating call logs or CRM systems. The role involves following communication scripts, maintaining polite and professional conduct, and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members. The Telecaller is expected to meet call targets, adhere to quality standards, and participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle objections or concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, familiarity with call or CRM software, and the ability to maintain accurate digital records.
- Candidates should possess time management skills, reliability in meeting schedules, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or call centers is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant local languages and English, with a respectful and culturally sensitive communication style.
