Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Noida India. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce real estate projects, and share key property details. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining call records, scheduling site visits and meetings for the sales team, and following up with clients to support closures. The role involves updating CRM or call logs, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and providing courteous, professional responses to client queries. The Telecaller is expected to meet daily call targets, adhere to scripts and compliance guidelines, and represent the firm in a clear and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to build rapport over calls, handle objections, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for tracking leads and follow-ups.
- Good organizational skills for managing call logs, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and willingness to learn product and market details.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with the Chat Bots, to handle customer queries
