About the Role
We are looking for Telecallers to join our team for an on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with individuals over the phone, collecting information, conducting surveys and maintaining accurate records as per project requirements.
This role is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills, confidence while speaking on calls and the ability to work with targets and daily calling requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to individuals as per the provided database.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Punjabi/Hindi.
- Conduct telephonic surveys and collect required information.
- Ask questions according to the provided questionnaire/script.
- Record responses accurately in Google Sheets or the assigned calling system.
- Follow up with respondents when required.
- Maintain daily calling and response records.
- Escalate important feedback, issues or responses to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of the information collected.
- Coordinate with the research and field teams when required.
- Complete assigned daily calling targets within the given timelines.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Comfortable speaking to people over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use Google Sheets/Excel or learn the assigned calling software.
- Good listening and data-entry skills.
- Comfortable working with daily targets.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, survey calling, field research support or a similar role is preferred.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and are comfortable making outbound calls.
Location
Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab
Work Mode: On-site
Candidates should be comfortable travelling to and working from the Mohali office on a daily basis.
