📢 We’re Hiring – Telecaller | Chennai
COLTE – Centre of Logistics Training for Excellence is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers / candidates with less than 1 year of experience to join our team as Telecallers.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective learners and candidates.
- Explain COLTE logistics training programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and support admissions and enrolment activities.
- Maintain call details, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding leads and learner requirements.
- Support digital and telephonic outreach campaigns.
- Achieve daily call and lead-conversion targets.
✅ Who Can Apply?
- Freshers are welcome!
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales support, or related roles.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Tamil & English are mandatory.
- Telugu or Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and web applications.
- Positive attitude, confidence, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
