About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tele Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Unsecured Business Loans over the phone. You will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with business owners, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales & Conversion: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain unsecured business loan products, and successfully convert leads into business.
- Customer Engagement & Follow-up: Maintain a high level of customer engagement. Nurture leads through consistent, professional follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals while aligning with the company's lending policies and customer needs.
- Documentation & KYC: Guide customers through the documentation process. Accurately verify KYC details and collect all mandatory financial and business documents required for loan processing.
- Pipeline Management: Track and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and applications in the CRM, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Mandatory minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Tele Sales specifically for Unsecured Business Loans.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil (Bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with our target demographic).
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Unsecured Business Loan lifecycle, including comprehensive knowledge of KYC norms, banking documents, and financial statements required for loan approval.
- Soft Skills: Active listener with a persuasive tone, high energy, and the resilience to handle objections and meet targets.
