Requirements Essential
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing technology, marketing operations technology or a closely related enterprise applications role supporting a Marketing function.
- Hands-on experience supporting and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, including their data, security and integration touchpoints.
- Practical understanding of marketing processes, customer journeys, audiences, consent and the respective responsibilities of Marketing and Technology teams.
- Experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 application support, including secure access administration, platform configuration, troubleshooting and testing. o Ability to support data, reporting and minor-change requirements through analysis, testing and validation, translating user needs and product capabilities into practical improvement and roadmap recommendations.
- Familiarity with generative AI, automation or AI-enabled enterprise platforms, including the importance of testing, privacy, brand controls and human oversight. o Excellent communication, analytical, documentation and prioritisation skills, with a proactive approach to engaging users directly and working across technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce CRM certification, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce or other Salesforce capabilities relevant to Marketing.
- Experience administering digital asset management, brand management, social listening or media monitoring platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to low-code AI agents, integration, workflow automation, reporting or platform analytics tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or experience in a fast-paced, scaling or transformation environment.
