Marketing Assistant - Healthcare Technology
UK / India Remote

iO Associates are aligned with a UK-based medtech client developing cloud-based medical imaging solutions for hospitals, radiology departments and teleradiology providers across the UK, Europe and the US. They are looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to join their growing healthcare technology business and take ownership of B2B marketing activity across these markets.
A key part of the role is owning trade exhibitions and conferences end to end, including UKIO, ECR and RSNA - from booking and stand design through to logistics, staffing, on-site delivery and lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage exhibitions, suppliers, budgets and event logistics.
- Plan pre- and post-event campaigns and lead follow-up.
- Create website, LinkedIn, email, case study and product content.
- Manage CRM and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign and event performance.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years' B2B marketing/event experience.
- Proven end-to-end exhibition experience - essential.
- Strong content, CRM, email and social media experience.
- Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
- Healthcare/medical technology experience is desirable.
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Europe and US.
