Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Support salary/rate negotiations and candidate onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the UK/Europe market.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
