Role
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site position working in the US night shift.
Responsibilities
- Source US IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, and other sources.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and account teams.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
- Maintain candidate information in the ATS.
- Manage multiple job requirements at the same time.
- Stay updated on US IT skills, hiring trends, and recruitment practices.
- Provide a good experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other US job portals.
- Basic understanding of US time zones and work culture.
- Good organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with US clients and candidates.
- US staffing or consulting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
