🚀 Hiring: Technical Recruiter | 0–3 Years Experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or recruiters with up to 3 years of experience who want to build a career in IT/Technical Recruitment.
🔹 Position
Role: Technical Recruiter
Experience: 0–3 Years
Employment: Full-time

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Work on multiple technical requirements simultaneously.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and sourcing targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
💻 Technical Recruitment Exposure
Candidates with exposure to recruiting for any of the following will be preferred:
Java | .NET | Python | Full Stack | Cloud | DevOps | AWS | Azure | Data | AI/ML | Embedded | Automotive | Telecom | Cybersecurity | SAP
🎯 Who Can Apply?
