Role Purpose
To Build and lead Zoya's in-house content studio — owning the end-to-end production of world-
class visual content (photography, film, digital, and social) that upholds the brand's luxury
aesthetic, tells emotionally resonant stories, and drives desirability across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Aesthetic Leadership
• Own and evolve Zoya's visual language across product, campaign, editorial, and social
content, ensuring an unmistakable luxury signature.
• Translate brand strategy and seasonal narratives into compelling creative direction and
mood boards.
• Act as the final quality gatekeeper for all studio output — no frame leaves without meeting
the Zoya standard.
2. Studio & Production Management
• Plan, resource, and run the studio calendar across product shoots, campaign films, look-
books, and always-on digital content.
• Manage end-to-end production: pre-production planning, styling, lighting, set design, shoot
execution, and post-production.
• Optimise studio workflow, turnaround times, and cost efficiency without compromising
craft.
3. Partner management & Talent
• Lead, mentor, and partners a multidisciplinary team of photographers, videographers,
stylists, retouchers, and content producers.
• Build capability, set creative benchmarks, and foster a culture of excellence and
experimentation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Brand, Digital, Retail, Merchandising, and Design teams to align content
with commercial and marketing goals.
• Brief and manage external partners — agencies, freelance talent, models, and specialised
vendors — when required.
5. Innovation & Trend Fluency
• Stay ahead of luxury, fashion, and digital content trends (including video-first formats,
motion, and emerging platforms).
• Introduce new techniques, tools, and formats that keep Zoya's content distinctive and
premium.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Visual Communication, Photography, Film, Fine Arts,
Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 8–12 years in content creation/creative production, with at least 3–4 years
leading a studio or creative team, ideally in luxury, fashion, beauty, jewellery, or premium
lifestyle categories.
• Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-end still and motion content.
Skills & Competencies
Craft & Technical
• Deep expertise in photography, film production, lighting, styling, and post-production
(retouching, colour grading, editing).
• Strong command of tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and video
editing/motion software.
• Understanding of jewellery/product photography nuances (macro detail, reflection,
gemstone brilliance) is a strong plus.
Creative & Strategic
• Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and an intuitive feel for luxury visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance artistic ambition with brand consistency and commercial intent.
Leadership & Delivery
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and studio building ability.
• Strong project and resource management — able to juggle multiple productions under tight
timelines.
