ROLE PURPOSE: We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sourcing Supervisor to lead the recruitment and sourcing activities for blue collar manpower for Gulf countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of manpower agents, sub-agents, and sourcing channels, along with deep knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes and compliance requirements. ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Develop and manage a strong network of recruitment agents, sub-agents, and sourcing partners across India and other regions. • Plan and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet blue collar manpower requirements. • Conduct market mapping and maintain a database of agents & candidates by trade, location, and sourcing capacity. • Negotiate terms and agreements with agents, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of candidates. • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for shortlisting, selection, and mobilization. • Handle urgent and bulk recruitment drives through agent networks. REQUIREMENTS POSITION: • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Gulf blue collar recruitment and agent sourcing. • Proven network of active manpower agents and sourcing channels. • Ability to handle pressure and deliver within tight deadlines Experience in bulk hiring
