Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage candidate documentation, interview feedback, and recruitment tracking
- Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS or recruitment management system
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Corporate Hiring
- Strong experience in sourcing and candidate engagement
- Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT, technology, consulting, or professional services roles
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environment
