Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for various functions within the organization. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for all candidates. Daily activities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal hiring policies and relevant labor regulations. The role also involves building strong relationships with potential candidates, educational institutions, and external recruitment partners to support AGP’s long-term talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes, such as coordinating selection decisions, negotiating offers, and supporting new hire integration.
- Skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment, using structured and fair evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to help promote AGP as an attractive workplace for education and publishing professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment tools or platforms.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Understanding of local labor laws and hiring compliance requirements; prior experience in publishing or education sectors is a plus.
