📍 Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon
💼 Position: Senior Recruiter / Lead – Talent Acquisition
⏳ Experience: 8–12+ Years preferred
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
⚠️ Mandatory: D2C industry experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to offer closure and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive sourcing channels.
- Build strong talent pipelines for mid-level, senior, leadership, and niche positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess functional, technical, and cultural fit.
- Drive stakeholder management and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and hiring quality.
- Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes to improve hiring outcomes.
- Independently manage multiple hiring mandates and ensure timely position closures.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
✅ Mandatory D2C industry experience.
✅ Proven experience in senior, leadership, and niche hiring.
✅ Excellent sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and passive talent channels.
✅ Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
✅ Data-driven approach with a focus on recruitment metrics and hiring quality.
✅ Experience in startups, product-led, technology, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
✅ Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
